A careful posturological analysis allows to identify which muscle groups are out of balance in your entire system.

According to  the muscle chains principle, we identify short or retracted links that prevent maximum expression of strength and mobility,  and cause postural vices, high energy expenditure and injury predisposition.

BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF THE TECHNICAL GESTURE

High definition videos and photos are used to observe the biomechanical phases of the technical gesture, establish treatment goals, and monitor improvements over time.

Based on what we observe in our biomechanical analysis, we set a specific individual work protocol to improve the functional expression of the body according to your sport and your degree of internalization of change.

At this stage we set individual stretching and activation exercises to be performed in pairs and/or with simple tools.

SELF THERAPY PLANNING OVER TIME

Aiming at long-term results, the application of work protocols is planned in the short, medium and long term, monitoring changes with photos and videos.

Timely assistance is guaranteed whenever a change in the original plan is needed.

We rely on a fully featured  exercise guide written and illustrated by us that each athlete can use to study the exercise and internalize it up to the finest detail.

CUSTOMIZED DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING EXERCISES

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

Commonly accepted BMI ranges are underweight: under 18.5 kg/cm2, normal weight: 18.5 to 25, overweight: 25 to 30, obese: over 30.
