I had the pleasure of working for 2 weeks with the diving team of University of Hawaii, in Honolulu.
Assistant coach Genevieve Bradley introduced me to Coach Mike Brown and Anita Rossing, and both were very welcoming.
The facility (the pool) is worthy of an American university, as well as the commitment and dedication of the athletes.
In two weeks, I had the opportunity to work with both the university athletes’ team ─ teaching innovative and cutting-edge mobility techniques, and taking care of those who were suffering at the time team ─ and with the Diving Club, teaching warm-up exercises that were very successful.
I then had the pleasure of meeting the University of Hawaii team again at the Diving Meeting in Texas A&M in April 2019, and I was pleased to receive positive feedback from coaches and athletes following the work done a few months earlier.
A special thanks to Genevieve Bradley, who went above and beyond to welcome me and introduce me to the magical world of diving in Hawaii.
A grateful thanks to the entire University team, who showed interest and collaboration.
Thank you and good luck for a long and rewarding career.
